HOW WE DO IT
Intake
Students are identified through multiple sources, including universal screeners, behavioral flags, and direct referrals from parents, teachers, and students themselves.
Assessment & Triage
The system immediately triages the student into either a time-sensitive Crisis Protocol (engaging response teams and guardians) or a comprehensive Non-Crisis Triage. The non-crisis path includes committee evaluation and synthesis of academic, behavioral, and assessment data to determine the optimal next action (dismissal, watchlist, or referral).
Referral & Action
Based on the assessment, students are matched to the necessary support across clear Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 Referrals. A complete Referral Packet is automatically generated for every intervention, ensuring full documentation and a smooth transition into services.
